ErgoMover
Powerful electric transport trolley for heavy loads
The electric transport carriage moves loads of up to 1500 kg effortlessly on construction sites, in production or in warehouses. There are many versions of this transport device that protect operators against heavy physical effort.
The infinitely variable speed control means that a load can be moved at a speed of approx. 6 km/h while negotiating a gradient of up to 10%.

ErgoMover the load transporter
ErgoMover GO
This is the original model of electric transport carriage. Two fold-out supports are recessed into the smooth transport surface so that pipes, boards or similar items do not rest on the transport surface, enabling them to be gripped more easily during loading and unloading. In addition, there are fold-out borders at the four corners to prevent pipes, boards or similar from falling off the ErgoMover.
ErgoMover GO CARGO
This ErgoMover has a fixed border around the transport surface, in which there are holes through which the load can be secured with tension belts. By way of example, this means that an L-block for transporting glazing units or windows can be secured to the ErgoMover GO CARGO.
ErgoMover GO DP
This version of the ErgoMover was developed specifically for transporting drive plates. Rigid brackets are fitted to each of the four corners and these grip the drive plates securely. The size of the loading area can be varied to suit common sizes of drive plate. To enable the ErgoMover to be moved more easily, this version has pockets to accommodate forklift tines. Robust lashing eyes are provided on the unit to secure the load.
ErgoMover GO XL low
This version is a lowered version with a larger transport area. If the standard version is too high for your application, this lowered version might perhaps be the right choice for you.
ErgoMover LIFT & GO
If you wish to pick up items from trestles, or set them down on trestles, then this is the version you should choose. Here, the transport surface is height-adjustable by as much as 150 mm. As stated above, all variants are designed for a maximum payload of 1500 kg.
ErgoMover LIFT & GO rotatable
In addition to height adjustment, this version also offers a manually rotatable support surface, making it much easier to set down and pick up a load from trestles.
ErgoMover LIFT & GO wireless
If you are not keen on the drawbar or if it gets in your way, there is also the option of controlling the ErgoMover by wireless remote control. This enables you to move longer components and you no longer need to walk in front of or behind the transport carriage, and the drawbar no longer gets in your way.
ErgoMover LIFT & GO rotatable wireless
This is the maximum expansion level with a manually rotatable loading surface. With wireless remote control, you can control the height and direction of movement from any desired location.
